CONTACT INTEGY
The web store at www.integy.com is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to accept orders. Orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse from 10a-5p Monday to Friday, closed on weekends and major holidays. Tech support through our Help Desk is available between 11a-4p during regular business hours.

If you have product questions, need assistance placing an order, and for any other general issues regarding the Integy web store or Integy-branded products please contact us through our Help Desk by clicking here.

We offer a simple 30-Day Returns Policy.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
All Integy-branded items come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty.

TECH REQUEST / NON-WARRANTY ASSISTANCE
If you need product assistance for any item that is sold by Integy (not a warranty issue), you can initiate a Tech Request with our U.S. warehouse for, but not limited to, the following product situations:

  • Out-of-warranty product diagnosis, repair, and/or modification(s)
  • Non-Returnable product diagnosis, repair, and/or modification(s)
  • Discontinued product diagnosis, repair, and/or modification(s)
  • Used/damaged/broken product diagnosis, repair, and/or modification(s)


Integy does NOT accept Tech Requests for the following:

  • Batteries of any knid
  • Shock oils, diff oils, or other fluids
  • Non-repairable items that are replace-only (bent suspension parts, etc.)

The customer is required to take care of any incoming shipping/handling cost. These fees are non-refundable by Integy. Outgoing return shipping/handling cost will be decided after the tech request is completed. This is because some repairs/modifications may require replacement parts and/or labor. Prior to any repair/modification, our techs will contact the customer and present the possible options.

3RD PARTY BRANDED PRODUCT SUPPORT
Products sold through this website that do not bear the Integy brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products (including products that are not Integy-branded but packaged or sold with Integy products). We can only offer limited repair/replacement services for these 3rd-party branded items (subject to availability). Please contact the manufacturer directly for any after-sales technical support and/or manufacturer warranty service:

DIRECT IN-PERSON PURCHASING/WILL CALL
For safety and security purposes, we do not offer direct retail purchasing or will-call pickups at our warehouse. The warehouse staff are not trained to provide in-person end user service.
