GROUND SHIPPING (3-7 Business Days)

  • Most orders of $175 and under will be charged a flat fee of $7.95 

  • Certain heavy items will be charged based on the actual weight

  • Orders of $175 and more will be charged at approx. 1.5%- 4% of total price

Above rates do not apply to UPS Canada, 2nd Day Air or International orders.


Where We Ship
We ship our products worldwide to most destinations. In order to comply with U.S. Trade Regulations, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Serbia or Sudan. We also do not ship to these selected countries*.

The shipping method you use may determine how many days it takes for your package to reach its destination. Please use the shipping charts below to estimate the number of business days for your delivery:

Approved Couriers
Integy only uses couriers that have a tracking system, like FedEx, UPS and USPS Express Mail Service, and we recommend you do the same when you are returning items to us. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged stock if you return your items through a courier who lacks tracking and insurance services.


Calculating Shipping Time
The arrival of your shipment is affected by three factors: product availability, method of shipment selected and time of year the merchandise is shipped.

  • Availability: If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order. We will keep a record of your order, and you will be notified when it has been shipped. We are sorry, but we are unable to estimate restock times at this time.

  • Method: We have done the research and arranged the lowest possible shipping costs for our customers.

  • Time of Year: Remember, weekends and holidays are not active shipping days, and due to volume demands, shipping typically slows down during the December holidays and around Mother's Day (May 10th). Please be advised and place your orders accordingly.

Lastly, remember that shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves our warehouse. Packages are usually mailed out from our warehouse within 24 hours of your order. This would be delayed if an item was on back order, or if the order was placed over the weekend or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly.


Order Tracking
Track the status of your shipment by going to www.FedEx.com or www.usps.com after you receive the ups tracking number. We will automatically send tracking number to you by e-email after we send out the items.


Fraud Protection
We have taken steps to deter credit card thieves from using stolen credit card information on our site. We request that all customers shipping to addresses other than their billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping address. Doing this will speed up the order process.

If our fraud department checks an order and the shipping address is not listed on the credit card account, the order will be delayed. An e-mail will not be sent to notify you of the delay, please register the alternate shipping address with your credit card company. Your order will be automatically cancel for security purpose.
