Ordering & Shipping Information

This page covers ordering and shipping details. If you need help regarding your order or the shipment of your order, please use our online ticket system to submit your questions. Our web store at is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to accept orders. All orders will take 1-3 business days depending on order size, product stock and availability, method of shipment, and volume of demand (usually highest during holiday season). Please note that the shipping method you select does not begin when you click "order" - it begins when the order has been processed and is packaged, labelled, and ready to ship. We accept orders and ship our products worldwide to most destinations, with the following exceptions:
1. In order to comply with U.S. Trade Regulations, we are unable to accept orders and/or ship to Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Serbia or Sudan.
2. Due to postal difficulties that are beyond our control, we are also unable to accept orders and/or ship to Belarus, Indonesia, Macedonia, Philippines, Russian Federation (including related regions), and Romania.

Payment Methods
CREDIT CARD - ONLINE ORDERS

Integy Inc. accepts Visa and Master Card as payment on orders shipping to anywhere in the world. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime phone numbers. If the billing address or security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and contact us once the problem is resolved. We do not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred by using a Debit Card for your purchase and/or return credit. In the event of unsuccessful credit card transaction, our warehouse will send you a PayPal request for the amount using your provided e-mail address.

PAYPAL - ONLINE ORDERS

Per the PAYPAL Protection Policy, all orders paid with PAYPAL will be shipped to the PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS. Please make sure (prior to placing an order with us) that your PAYPAL confirmed address is up to date, and that it is where you can accept shipments. You may be referred directly to them to resolve issues with your payment account. 

CHECK/MONEY ORDER/WIRE TRANSFER
(All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD)
If paying by personal check, we attempt to bank-approve personal checks for immediate shipment. However, since this option varies between financial institutions this may not always be possible and we may have to hold your order for up to 21 business days. To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, please send a Postal money order, or use your credit card. We also accept payments in the form of wire transfer; however, you must contact us first. There is important information we need to verify including stock availability and shipping restrictions as well other verification factors before any money is transferred. There is also a $25 service fee by Integy Inc. in addition to any fees your bank may charge you. Customers whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check. If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection fees.

We do not accept institutional purchase orders at this time (military, government, schools and universities). We cannot accommodate all special shipping requests.

All payments must be in the form of US Currency. In most cases we offer Priority Mail International or FedEx International. FedEx International includes tracking but they might charge Custom duty plus a handling fee. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or custom fees. Inquiries regarding possible fees should be directed to your local authorities. Refused packages will affect your return credit. Please send payment in the form of an International Money Order in U.S. Funds, use PayPal or use your credit card.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual shipment weight and/or packaging dimensions - it is not calculated based on value. USPS Canada, 2nd Day Air and International orders outside of the United States are charged under different rates. Integy reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice; we cannot accommodate requests for preferred shippers.

Shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves our warehouse – not from the time the order was placed. All orders will take 1-3 business days depending on order size, product stock and availability, method of shipment, and volume of demand (usually highest during holiday season). Packages are usually processed and mailed out close to the estimated ship out date provided during online checkout. Delays may occur if all or portions of the order are out of stock, or if the order was placed over the weekend or on a holiday; please make your arrangements accordingly. In addition, most international orders do need to pass the perspective country's Customs; customers might need to pay for duty & tax. Duty, tax and Customs delays are not within our control, special arrangements may be necessary in some situations.

The shipping method you use may determine how many days it takes for your package to reach its destination. At the time of ordering, we will provide you with an estimated ship out date; your order may actually ship sooner or later, based on item availability and shipping method. Most domestic orders using standard ground shipping will arrive to your doorstep in 3 to 8 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 5 to 35 business days, depending on shipping method and postal service in the point of destination.

Once the order has shipped, you must allow the carrier a reasonable time frame to deliver. Integy Inc. and/or carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. We cannot demand a shipment carrier to leave a package. You may contact the carrier for instructions on available options. Once the package is successfully delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. When using a forwarding company, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise after the forwarding company has accepted delivery. The forwarding company must report shipping damage for a claim to be filed.

WRONG SHIPMENT INFO / SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for wrong shipping addresses - we will only ship to the address entered for each order by the customer, or the Paypal confirmed address only (if order is paid by Paypal). Shipping and billing addresses must match, or your order may be delayed for confirmation. We are not responsible for delays due to bank confirmations or address verifications. Please make sure you have up-to-date information in your user account.

Shipping estimates are from the time the package is done processing and is ready to ship out - not from the time the order was placed. We are not responsible for delays in express delivery orders due to weather conditions, failed attempted deliveries, or lost packages.

Export documentation will not be provided. Know who you are receiving a package for or forwarding a package to! If you accept a package that was purchased with a fraudulent credit card, you will be in possession of stolen merchandise. You may be responsible for any legal or collection action related to the shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER TRACKING
You can track the status of your shipment by going to FedEx.com, USPS.com, or mailviewrecipient.fedex.com (for international orders) after you receive the ups tracking number. We will automatically send tracking number to you by e-email after we send out the items. Please double check to make sure your e-mail address on file is accurate and up to date.

TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?
Once an order ships, it can take 24-72 hours before your USPS/FedEx tracking number becomes valid (2-5 days for FIMS shipments) and your merchandise can be tracked. Please allow up to three business days after your order has shipped for USPS to update their site. Sometimes tracking information isn't available right away due to either the timing of UPS or USPS tracking-database updates or because of the carrier's tracking system - unfortunately we do not have control over this. A package may not be scanned for the first time until it arrives at a regional hub near its final destination. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of your package. And, unfortunately, the first scan of your package may not be until the package goes out for delivery. For the most up-to-date info, you can take the tracking number to YOUR LOCAL post office and ask the clerk for more information so that they can check their system directly.

APO/FPO, International Order Notes
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Most international orders do need to pass the perspective country's Customs; customers might need to pay for duty & tax. Duty, tax and Customs delays are not within our control, special arrangements may be necessary in some situations. Please note that once your package arrives in the recipient country, we have no control over the delivery time from that point forward. You will have to contact your local postal carrier for any status updates regarding your package.

APO AND FPO ADDRESSES
When requesting orders to ship to an APO or FPO address, your package will ship SAM (space available mail). SAM requires no additional charge and will ship your package from the APO or FPO address via the next available transport. Your APO or FPO station may choose to send your package via a commercial carrier. Integy Inc. has no control over this; however we are obligated to comply with all rules and regulations governing commercial shipping.

Fraud Protection
To help deter credit card thieves from using stolen credit card information on our site, our policy is to only ship to addresses that are attached to the payment method. In other words, your shipping and billing addresses must be identical. For customers who wish to ship to addresses other than their credit card/PayPal billing address, we suggest that they notify their credit card company of any alternate shipping address BEFORE they place an order with us. This is a standard process, and your credit card company should be happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping address. We reserve the right to delay, decline, or cancel any orders that do not have matching billing and shipping addresses, without prior notice.
