is not required. If the merchandise is
brand new and you believe it is defective, you can send the part in question to
us. If the returning merchandise total
dollar amount is over $75 retail list. As
soon as our technician receives the item, we will inspect the product and get
the defective unit replaced. The
turnaround time is usually between 3 to 5 working days, we will send the item
back to you freight prepaid.
Non-Warranty
If you are
sending product(s) to us that are not covered under warranty, turnaround time
is usually between 10 to 14 working days.
We will repair the item and send the unit back to you Ground COD. The repair cost will not exceed 30% of retail
in most cases.
Packaging
When you
send the part to us, please make sure that the unit has enough cushioning
material and the box has sufficient strength to support the item you are
sending. We recommend using a carrier
with standard insurance coverage and tracking service (Ex. UPS, FedEx)

Warranty Policy
LIMITED WARRANTY
Integy
Inc. has adopted a new warranty policy effective
No limited
warranty is provided by Integy Inc. unless your Integy
Product was purchased from an authorized distributor or
authorized reseller. Distributors may sell Products to resellers who then sell
Products to end users.
Integy Inc. warrants the *PRODUCT
against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 30
days from the original date of purchase except if the product is installed on a
vehicle. If the product is installed on
a vehicle, Integy Inc. warrants the product against defects in material and
workmanship for 90 days before the part is installed on a vehicle. This warranty is valid only before the
product is installed on a vehicle. The
buyer is responsible to inspect the product before any installation process is
started. Once the part is installed or
partially installed, either correctly or incorrectly, no limited warranty is
provided by Integy Inc..
INTEGY INC., at its option,
shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty.
Please retain the dated sales
receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty
service. In order to keep this warranty
in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the
instructions or by the hobby shop retailer. Certain products have extended warranty beyond
the standard 30 days warranty. To find
out which products have warranty beyond the standard 30 days warranty, you can
verify the information online at www.integy.com.
The warranty does not cover
any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence. There is no warranty
against breakage on items like hex tips, diamond bits, foam tires, tool bits…etc. There is no warranty against product breakage
related to crash damages. This warranty
is valid only on certain products and does not cover our entire product
line. To find out additional details,
you can contact us at www.integy.com. In no event will Integy Inc. be liable to the
customer or any third party for any damages in excess of the purchase price of
the product.
Repair or replacement, as
provided under this warranty, is your exclusive remedy. Integy Inc. shall not
be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose on this product are
limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
Some states/countries do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states/countries
do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to
country.
