Warranty Policy
INTEGY LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
Integy Inc. has adopted a new warranty policy effective December 1, 2008.
INTEGY INC. ("Integy") warrants to the original end user customer of its products specified below that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Integy will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Integy on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If Integy is unable to repair or replace the exact item, Integy will exchange the merchandise with an equivalent product at the time the warranty claim is made.
No limited warranty is provided by Integy Inc. unless your Integy Product was purchased from an authorized distributor or authorized reseller. Distributors may sell Products to resellers who then sell Products to end users. Except conditions as stated in the XXtreme Abuse Lifetime Replacement Plan, the standard warranty does not cover crash damages, rollover incidents, off-road conditions and incorrect installations. The buyer is responsible to inspect the product before any installation step begins. Integy Inc. warrants the *PRODUCT against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 30 days from the original date of purchase except if the product is intended to be installed on a vehicle.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.
This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement, refund or credit for defective Integy products, as provided above. Integy is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of time or any costs associated with determining the source of vehicle problems or removing, servicing or installing Integy products. This warranty excludes 3rd party brands such as Intellect, EP, GP, Sanyo and Eagle Model Japan. In the event of a claim, Integy's sole obligation shall be replacement of the hardware.
Duration of Warranty Outside the Standard 30-Day Warranty Period
XXtreme Abuse Lifetime Replacement Plan:
The following Integy products are covered by this replacement plan for the life of the product: alloy wheels, modified parts, graphite parts, hopup parts, setup tools, tool bits, motor lathes, tire truers, and battery products are covered under this replacement plan. If you bend it, break it, drop it, or break off a screw in it, we will replace it for a fraction of the cost. It doesn't matter if you jump your monster truck off the roof, overcharged your battery or your rock crawler accidentally falls off a cliff, we'll help you get it back on the road. We have the best replacement service plan in the industry, simply contact us using the online support ticket system, mention the XXtreme Abuse Warranty and describe the product damage. Five-Year Warranty:
The following Integy products are covered by this warranty for a period of five years from the date of original retail purchase: INDI 16X7-Pro, INDI 16X7v6.
One-Year Warranty:
The following Integy products are covered by this warranty for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase: INDI Octane, INDI Reactor, INDI 16X705, INDI 16X8v6, INDI 16X808.
120-Day Warranty:
The following Integy products are covered by this warranty for a period of 120 days from the date of original retail purchase: INDI Oracle, INDI 16X908, INDI Dyno, INDI 16X-Lithium, INDI Torpedo, Xipp DCX and included products as stated on the user instruction manual.
Rechargeable Battery Warranty:
Battery products are covered by warranties of the original OEM battery manufacturers. (For example, Intellect, GP, EP, Sanyo and Panasonic) Integy has no control over exactly how the battery products are used and therefore we can only provide you with the best information available at the time of sale. It is important to note that Ni-Cd, Ni-MH and LiPo batteries can cause fire and explosion when fast charged using high current. Certain battery chargers may not stop the fast charging process accurately every time even when the user input all correct charging parameters. Charge current near the 1C rate is considered a fast charging current. Users must accept the risks involved associated with fast charging these types of batteries. This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the battery product that results from improper handling, this include but not limited to high rate fast charging, overcharging, over-discharging, modified output connector, overload, modified cell configuration. Integy will replace non-working batteries as long as the battery product is in new condition. Not all Intellect, EP, GP & Eagle battery products are through Integy in the U.S., proof of purchase is necessary at the time of warranty claim. Batteries found to be purchased through another source will not be accepted for warranty claim.
Discontinued products not listed in the warranty are no longer covered as their warranty has expired.
This limited warranty applies only to the original end user customer of the product for so long as the original end user customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements
To obtain warranty service, you may return a defective product to the authorized Integy dealer or distributor from which you purchased the Integy product. Please confirm the terms of your dealer's or distributor's return policies prior to returning the product. Some resellers will not accept returns of electronics items. Typically, you must include product identification information, including model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period. The reseller will send the product to Integy for inspection, repair or replacement.
In the United States, you may return the product directly to Integy after first obtaining a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number from Integy. An RMA number is obtained by visiting our online ticket system or http://www.integy.com/Tech_Support.html
Once you have obtained an RMA number from Integy, you must, within thirty (30) days, send the product freight-prepaid and insured to Integy Inc., Customer Service, 4010 Valley Blvd #110, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Products shipped to the factory must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. You must include the Integy RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product to the factory without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, processing will be delayed.
The returned product will become the property of Integy. Repaired or replacement product will be shipped at Integy's expense. Repaired or replacement product will continue to be covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO INTEGY PRODUCTS AND INTEGY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY WARRANTY THAT MAY EXIST UNDER NATIONAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL OR LOCAL LAW INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE LIMITED TO THE PERIODS OF TIME SET FORTH ABOVE. SOME STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
INTEGY PRODUCTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR USE AS CRITICAL COMPONENTS IN LIFE SUPPORT EQUIPMENT OR FOR APPLICATIONS IN WHICH THE FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCTS WOULD CREATE A SITUATION IN WHICH PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH IS LIKELY TO OCCUR. INTEGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE DEATH OF ANY PERSON OR ANY LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY BY USE OF PRODUCTS USED IN APPLICATIONS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MILITARY OR MILITARY-RELATED EQUIPMENT, TRAFFIC CONTROL EQUIPMENT, DISASTER PREVENTION SYSTEMS AND MEDICAL OR MEDICAL-RELATED EQUIPMENT. IF SUCH USE IS INTENDED, CONTACT INTEGY FOR COMPONENTS SUITABLE FOR SUCH APPLICATIONS.
INTEGY'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INTEGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR END USER CUSTOMER OF A INTEGY PRODUCT FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST TIME, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE INTEGY PRODUCT, EVEN IF INTEGY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
WITH REGARDS TO CITIZENS OF COUNTRIES THAT ARE MEMBERS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, IF THIS PRODUCT IS PURCHASED BY A CONSUMER AND NOT IN THE COURSE OF A BUSINESS, THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT PURPORT TO LIMIT OR EXCLUDE INTEGY'S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR INJURY CAUSED BY ITS NEGLIGENCE OR FOR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION.
